Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
· Light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization
· Meal preparation and grocery shopping
· Medication reminders (non-medical)
· Accompany clients to community activities
· Support social engagement and transportation navigation
· Encourage independence and community inclusion
· Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to pass background checks
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Caregiving or disability support experience preferred

The Youth Care Specialist supports youth through structured daily programming and community activities that promote social development, independence, and positive peer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate structured youth activities and life-skills programs
· Lead educational, recreational, and social development activities
· Supervise youth during program sessions
· Accompany youth to community events and outings
· Encourage teamwork, leadership, and peer engagement
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· Experience working with youth preferred
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to pass background checks
· CPR/First Aid certification preferred

· Provide one-on-one mentorship and life coaching
· Support goal setting and leadership development
· Assist with career exploration and life planning
· Facilitate virtual mentorship sessions via telehealth
· Encourage community engagement and self-advocacy
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED (required)
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Experience in mentoring, coaching, or social services
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Telehealth experience preferred
